4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, on the following legal grounds;
- Being expressly provided for by law,
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- Being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation,
- Processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,
- Obtaining your explicit consent where necessary.
For data processing activities that are not subject to explicit consent, separate explicit consent is not requested for the processing of your personal data.
5. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected by automated or partially automated methods through;

- Telephone calls,
- Cookies and similar technologies,
- Other communication channels provided directly by you.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
In order to fulfil the processing purposes and the obligations stipulated under the Law, your personal data may be transferred to;
- Authorised public institutions and organisations,
- Legally authorised private law persons,
- Information technology and infrastructure service providers from whom services are received,
- Where necessary, parties from whom legal, financial advisory and consultancy services are received,
- Suppliers from whom services are received for the conduct of business processes
within the framework of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
In the event of a transfer of data abroad, such transfer shall be carried out in line with the current provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of data abroad and the conditions determined by the Board.
7. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and taking into account the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.
Upon expiry of the retention period or where the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the relevant legislation.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to;
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
9. Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to the data controller in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.

In your application, you must clearly state your name, surname, the subject of the application and your request. Additional information that may be deemed necessary for the verification of identity may be requested.
Your applications are evaluated and concluded within the periods specified in the KVKK and the relevant legislation.

This Notice has been prepared in order to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data.
